Professional Staging to Sell Your Home

It is VERY important to make your home PHOTO READY before you list and receiving MULTIPLE offers on your property is the goal. Creating a successful environment in which potential buyers can envision themselves living there is what I do. I offer vacant home staging, occupied staging and consultation services. Attention is paid to each home’s individual assets with tastefully curated furnishings.

“Priscilla did a magnificent job on staging a custom golf course home that I had listed for sale.  The home was empty and the large great room and small side rooms would have been hard for buyers to visualize furnished.  She created a warm and inviting home down to the minute detail, providing everything required. She beautifully executed her creative vision, the result making the home look like a design from a home magazine.  The home sold within a month and the sellers were extremely pleased. Not only is Priscilla’s work excellent, she is a delight to work with and made the whole process a pleasure. Her pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend Priscilla for any home staging or decorating project.”

“I decided to give Priscilla a try with a large and dated, older home that had been listed for over a month (with poor feedback and no offers.)  She came in and assessed the property and our budget then quickly presented a creative solution for the staging. I was surprised by the positive transformation that she came up with… Then, the house sold … What more can I say? Priscilla was easy to work with and optimistic through the entire process and the sellers really enjoyed her. I will definitely use her services again! Not your typical staging service!

“She took our home from being average to beautiful just using the things that we had. When we did add new items she was very conscious of our budget and was able to zero in on our personalities. I am so happy with the results of her suggestions and efforts.” Pam B.
